Kathmandu : The CPN-Maoist has recommended four more ministers to join the government led by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba. A meeting of the Standing Committee of the UCPN (Maoist) held on Wednesday has selected Shashi Shrestha, Devendra Poudel, Maheshwar Gahatraj and Bodh Mayakumari Yadav to be sent to the Council of Ministers.

According to sources, Devendra Poudel will be in charge of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology.

Similarly, Shashi Shrestha will be given the responsibility of the Ministry of Land Management and Cooperatives.

Maheshwar Gahatraj is set to become the Minister for Youth and Sports. Bodh Maya Yadav will be the Minister of State.
