Kathmandu, Nov. 16: The secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) held last Saturday ended deciding to meet on November 18.

The meeting was conducted at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar. The meeting was organised to discuss the intraparty disputes surfaced at the top level of the ruling party. NCP’s spokesperson Narayankaji Shrestha said that the next meeting is scheduled for November 18. The top leaders of the NCP are sharing their conflicting views on cabinet reshuffle, contradiction in party’s Karnali Province parliamentary party, nomination of the ambassadors, implementation of the party standing committee meeting’s decisions and new appointments in the constitutional bodies.

In the meeting Chairperosn com. Prachanda presented a proposal to resolve the problems and crisis of the party. In that meeting were distributing PM oli’s letter to chairman Prachanda vice versa prahanda answers to PM oli as well chairman prachand’s political proposal which is consensus of 6 members of secretariat among 9 members. 

After the meeting PM oli has hurtled and pressured by the Prachanda’s proposal. PM oli regulary consulting top leadears and president Bidhy Bhandari also.  Sunday oli conducted meeting and new proposal to Madhav kumar Nepal and Bamdev Gautam but source said both leader has been objected oli’s proposal.
