Kathmandu : General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Netra Bikram Chandra ‘Biplob’ has called on Baburam Bhattarai, Chairman of the Federal Council of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP).

Biplob reached Bhattarai’s residence on Friday morning and met with Dharmendra Bastola. Lately, the Chanda has intensified political meetings.

Chanda had met CPN (MC) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda at his residence in Lalitpur, Khumaltar on Wednesday. Similarly, he reached Koteshwor on Thursday and had a meeting with UML senior leader Madhav Nepal.

Chanda group have been interested in the implementation of the three-point agreement reached with them by the previous government.

The unity of the ex-Maoist groups has come under discussion after the Biplab, which entered into peaceful politics after reaching a three-point agreement with the Oli government, intensified the meeting.
