President issues CIEDP Ordinance

Kathmandu, Feb 5

President Bidya Devi Bhandari has issued the ‘Ordinance on Enforced Disappearances Enquiry, Truth and Reconciliation Commission (Third Amendment), 2077 BS in line with the Nepal Constitution, today. The President issued the ordinance today as per the Article 214 (1) of Nepal Constitution on the recommendation of Council of Ministers, stated a press release issued by assistant spokesperson of the President’s Office, Keshab Prasad Ghimire.
