Kathmandu, December 20:

Prime Minister Oli has recommended the dissolution of the parliament at an emergency meeting of the cabinet on Sunday morning. There is wide spread opposition on this action of the Prime Minister.

Most of the ministers are dissatisfied with this Oli’s move. Four ministers in the Prime Minister KP Oli-led cabinet had opposed the PM’s proposal to dissolve the House of Representatives (HoR).Ministers Ghanshyam Bhusal, Yogesh Bhattarai, Barshaman Pun, Pradip Gyawali and others had protested against the dissolution of the parliament after the Prime Minister proposed the dissolution of the parliament.

Amid the cumulative pressure from the ruling NCP to resign the post of party chairman and Prime Minister, PM Oli has recommended President Bidya Devi Bhandari for the dissolution of the House of Representatives
