A man infected with Corona Virus has died this morning while undergoing treatment at Chitwan medical college hospital.

The 70-year-old was resident of ward no. 15 in Bharatpur municipality. The man was admitted to the hospital after complaining of shortness in breath on August 28. He was confirmed positive to Corona Virus a day later. He was undergoing treatment at the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital, according to the hospital director Dr Dayaram Lamsal.

He died at 8:00 am this morning. With this the death toll due to Corona Virus infection has reached 22 in the district, which includes 12 from Chitwan and the remaining from other districts.
