Kathmandu, September 8:

The total number of corona infected people has reached 48,138, in Nepal. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 102 people have been infected with the corona virus in the last 24 hours.

A total of 10,611 people are tested with PCR method and out of which 102 people are found to be infected with corona virus and 2,287 people have returned home after recovering from corona infection, in the last 24 hours.

In Nepal, people who are discharged has reached 32,064, in number, so far. Now, 14,868 people have active corona cases and they are in isolation.

Similarly, 5,310 people are staying in quarantine, according to the ministry.

Likewise, according to Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the Health ministry, the number of deaths due to corona infection has reached 306 till date, in Nepal.
