CPN says no factionalism

Kathmandu, September 10:

The Ruling Nepal Communist Party (CPN) has claimed that Institutions and associations, which are run in the name of party leaders, has become a means of factionalism. Therefore CPN has proposed to determine the method of operation of these organizations.

For this, it is necessary to regulate the Institutions to prevent factionalism. The associated party should get factual information about the involvement of their leaders or activists in such organizations and information about their financial resources and activities. These points are clearly stated in the statements. For the operation of the Institutions and associations, Secretariat should determine the method of management and regulations. For this secretariat is supposed to form a task force with a clear mandate and report within a month.

Moreover, the leaders and activists who are involved in such associations should be stopped to form any branch, at state, district or local level.
