Secretariat meeting on Saturday

Kathmandu , July 17:

The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has called Secretariat meeting on Saturday at 3 pm. This decision is taken soon after Standing Committee (SC) adjourned its meeting.

Previously, a SC meeting scheduled for 3 pm, today was however, postponed for July 19 again.They have decided to hold 9-members Secretariat meeting on Saturday.

Press Advisor of the Prime Minister, Surya Thapa has twitted that the  SC meeting scheduled for 3 pm today , has been adjourned for July 19 (3 pm).

There has been a one to one meeting between Prime Minister KP Oli and NCP Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar this afternoon PM Oli and Dahal-Nepal — also held meetings disjointedly with the leaders of their separate groups.

Prime Minister Oli held discussions with leaders of his faction after talks with Chairman Dahal ‘Prachanda’ became ineffective to make any decisions regarding the related issues.

Deputy Prime Minister and NCP Secretariat member Ishwar Pokharel, General Secretary Bishnu Poudel, Deputy Leader of the Parliamentary Party Subas Nembang and other leaders took part in the meeting at the prime minister’s residence in Baluwatar today.

Likewise, Dahal-Nepal group also held a meeting with the leaders of their faction at Dahal’s dwelling in Khumaltar.
