Kathmandu May 28:Finance Minister Dr Yubraj Khatiwada has begun presenting the budget of upcoming fiscal year 2020/2021 at the joint session of the federal parliament today. The meeting is organized maintaining the social distancing in view of the COVID-19. This is the third time Minister Khatiwada is presenting the annual budget. He announced that a 300-bed hospital would be developed in Kathmandu for the treatment of infectious disease in the upcoming fiscal year. High-tech labs would be established in all State capitals and the budget has been allocated accordingly, the Finance Minister announced. He is presenting the budget now.
