Kathmandu, July 17:

A 71 year old man has died due to Corona virus infection while undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan on Thursday evening.

He died at 10:30 PM  according to the reliable source . He used to work as a businessman and trade materials from India to Nepal and vice versa . He has recently arrived from India.

This senior citizen was the patient of cardiac ailment, blood pressure and diabetes . Moreover, the man showed symptoms of fever and cough during the admission.

The hospital kept him in isolation after he had been diagnosed with the coronavirus.

Arrangements are proceeding to safely dispose the body, said the sources.
