Kathmandu: The government has dismissed the Land Problem Resolution Commission. A cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to dismiss the land commission, a minister said.
The commission was formed by the KP Sharma Oli-led government. The cabinet meeting has rejected the nationwide structure of the commission.
The Oli government had formed a commission under the chairmanship of Devi Prasad Gyawali to distribute land to landless squatters and unorganized settlers.
