Kathmandu : Chairman of the CPN-Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has said that the Madhav Kumar Nepal group is preparing to return to the UML instead of the ruling coalition. Prachanda is of the view that the expansion of the Council of Ministers may be delayed for a few days as the division of ministry has to discuss due to the recent trend of the Madhav group.

At a meeting of the standing committee held at the party office on Sunday, Chairman Prachanda briefed about the discussions held with various political parties.

Prachanda said that he did his homework on how to distribute the ministry when the Madhav Nepal group came to power, but now that the situation has changed, he has to do more homework.

The meeting of the CPN (M) Standing Committee is scheduled to be held on Monday at 3 p.m.
