Kathmandu: Deputy General Secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel has met CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal. Leader Poudel has reached Koteshwor to meet Nepal.

A source said that talks are underway now. Leader Nepal was met by Parliamentary Party Deputy Leader Subash Nemwang on Thursday. Nemwang and Poudel, who are close to Chairman KP Sharma Oli, are said to have discussed party unity with Nepal.

Despite reaching a ten-point agreement through the task force on July 12, the UML’s dispute has not been resolved. Chairman Oli has dissolved the task force. But Nemwang and Poudel are said to have met in Nepal to maintain informal talks.
