Raj Kishor Yadav and Manish suman closed to Thakur-Mahato, signed in favor of Upendra Yadav side

Kathmandu : The Election Commission has made head count in the Janata Samajwadi Party dispute.
On Monday, the commission had called 51 members of the JSP’s executive committee to identify the signatories to check who has the majority.
So far, 50 people have identified their signatures. Of them, 16 have signed in favor of Chairman Mahanta Thakur and Rajendra Mahato and 34 in favor of Upendra Yadav and Baburam Bhattarai side.

After identifying the signatures of the executive members, it seems certain that the party will come in the name of Yadav and Bhattarai faction.
Earlier, Raj Kishor Yadav and Manish Suman, who were in favor of Thakur and Mahato, are also in favor of Yadav today. Among them Rajkishore Yadav was became minister in KP Sharma Oli led government.
Raj Kishor Yadav who started politics from the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum, later opened the Forum (Republican). When six different parties came together to form the Rastryia Janata party, he also included his party in it. Later, the RJP and the Samajwadi Party merged to form the JSP.

After the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli dissolved the House of Representatives for the second time, controversy erupted in JSP over his move. Yadav and Baburam Bhattarai’s faction opposed it as regression, while Thakur and Mahato’s faction supported it and joined the government.
It was not until Oli made 10 of Thakur-Mahato’s people as ministers for the first time. The next time the cabinet was expanded, Oli made Yadav a minister.
He became a minister in the Oli government and is now on Yadav-Bhattarai side.

Manish Suman, who signed the Yadav-Bhattarai side today, is a leader who has been close to Rajendra Mahato for a long time. Suman, who was a member of the Province assembly from Saptari, was the general secretary of the then Sadbhavana Party.
