Kathmandu : In the International Relations and Labor Committee of the House of Representatives, a quarrel has taken place between CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli’s faction MP Narad Muni Rana and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal.
The committee had called a meeting at Singha Durbar on Sunday at 11 am to discuss the implementation of the directives given earlier. In the previous wave as the former prime minister, the leader had sat with Nepal Committee chairperson Pavitra Niraula Kharel.
Nepal initially expressed happiness over the reinstate of the House of Representatives. He argued that he had to struggle to revive the parliament. He also said that the people have brought the parliament.

After some time, KP Oli’s MP Narad Muni Rana said that the House of Representatives was reconstituted by the order of the Supreme Court. Also, taunted the Nepal side, saying, “Where was Nepal, KP Oli when he took the vote of confidence?”
Twenty-eight lawmakers, including Madhav Nepal, were absent from the House of Representatives on April 10 to vote on a motion of no-confidence by then-Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
“Those who were sleeping at home when the prime minister of their own party took a vote of confidence,” Rana said. Dissolution of parliament is a political decision. Those who lead that decision are guilty. ‘
He said that senior leader Nepal should also take responsibility for the dissolution of the House of Representatives.
After Madhav Nepal’s MP Deepak Prakash Bhatt taunted and spoke in the middle. He tried to stop Rana by saying in a loud voice that he was a hypocrite of regression.
“Get out of the hypocrisy of regression,” Bhatt said.
Then Madhav Nepal also spoke.
He also said that the regressive follower has no right to sit in the parliament.

“Get out of the parliament by resigning,” said Nepal.
Immediately, the Congress MPs also joined the Leader Nepal side. Congress MP Divyamani Rajbhandari spoke loudly saying that he would speak against the constitution.
Committee chairperson Kharel tried to give time to Rana who was speaking. But Deepak Prakash Bhatt did not stop talking even though he gave time to Rana. UML MP Sarala Yadav, who was sitting next to Rana, scolded Rana saying, “Who are you? Speak whatever you get.”
Committee chairperson Kharel kept saying, “Honorable MPs, be calm.”
Madhav Nepal, who was sitting next to her, did not stop the Nepal’s parliamentarians. Instead, he listened to the MPs voice.
After some time, the leader Nepal left. And other MPs also left the meeting room. The committee ended without entering the subject.
