President repeals ordinance on Constitutional Council

Kathmandu : President Vidyadevi Bhandari has rejected the ordinance regarding the Constitutional Council.

According to the Office of the President, the Constitutional Council (Work, Duties, Rights and Procedures) Ordinance (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2078 BS has been repealed in accordance with clause (b) of Article 114 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal in yesterday’s decision and recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
