Kathmandu : Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has been congratulated by Indian Ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra at his private residence.
After reaching Deuba’s private residence in Budhanilkantha, Ambassador Kwatra congratulated him on Wednesday. During the meeting, Ambassador Kwatra said that he was ready to work with Deuba’s team to further strengthen the multifaceted partnership between Nepal and India and people-to-people relations, according to the Indian Embassy. Earlier, US Ambassador Randy Berry congratulated Deuba on his appointment as Prime Minister. Two days after Deuba was appointed prime minister, his northern neighbor China has not yet congratulated him.

US Ambassador to Kathmandu Randy Berry congratulated Deuba on social media after taking the oath of office.
He even congratulated Deuba on the phone on Tuesday night.
On behalf of the US Mission in Nepal, Ambassador Berry wrote on social media, “Congratulations to the newly appointed Prime Minister, Mr. Sher Bahadur Deubaju, and best wishes for a successful tenure.”

Indian ambassador kwatra is the first ambassador to congratulate Deuba met after being appointed Prime Minister.
Earlier, as soon as who became the Prime Minister of Nepal, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi immediately spoke on the phone and congratulated him. He immediately congratulated even through Twitter. This time, India has sent its ambassador to congratulate him.
