We were absent because Oli was on the path of crime: Madhav Nepal

Kathmandu 10 May: CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has accused party chairman and prime minister KP Sharma Oli of pursuing a criminal path of splitting the party.
After the Prime Minister oli failed to get vote of confidence, was absent from the vote of confidence in the parliament, the leader said in a long statement that theyhad to be absent for the defense of democracy as oli was moving against the constitution, democracy and rule of law of the country.
Leader Nepal has issued a three-page-long offensive statement to counter the statement issued by Prime Minister KP Oli targeting the Nepal group on the evening of May 9.

Thirty lawmakers, including Nepal, were absent from today’s vote of confidence. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Oli has Post free as PM after failing to win a vote of confidence.
A total of 93 votes were cast in favor of the Prime Minister and 124 against, while 15 members neutral and 34 MPs, including 30 from the Nepal Group, were absent.
