Kathmandu, November 12:

 Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called a Secretariat Committee (SC) meeting on Friday. The five top leaders together with Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal pressure on Oli to call the meeting.

General Secretary Bishnu Paudel has said that the SC meeting has been called for Friday at 4 pm. It is said that this is the covenant between Oli and Dahal.

Dahal has been advising Prime Minister Oli to call party meetings for the resolution of the flared intra-party dispute.

The majority of SC members have been demanding for the meetings since Oli has warned that he will fragment the party if there is no any agreement.  

Dahal-Nepal faction is discontented with Oli after unilaterally recommended ambassadors, reformed cabinet, brought a no-confidence motion against the chief minister of Karnali Pradesh, and so on.
