Kathmandu, Sept 30 : The Foreign Employment Office, Tahachal, Kathmandu, has closed its services from today after an employee tested positive for coronavirus. According to the Office, the service has been closed until further notice.

Issuing a notice, the Office informed that the activity of granting labour permit has been stopped. Number of people acquiring labour permit had increased at the Office for the past few days after the government’s decision of opening foreign employment service by adopting health security criteria. The Office has granted labour permit to 3,116 people for foreign employment from September 17 to 29.
