Kathmandu : Former Prime Minister and Chairperson of the CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli inaugurated a newly constructed building for the Nepal Government Employees’ Organization (NGEO), Jhapa amid a function here today.
The two-storey building cost Rs 18 million provided by various donors and organisations including the Civil Servants Cooperatives, the then Ministry of Peace, the then District Development Committee, the Constituency Development Fund, the district technical office and Bhadrapur Municipality. The 16-room building spans on 2.1 kattha of land in Bhadrapur Municipality-10.
Earlier on 19 January, 2014, leader Oli laid the foundation stone for the building. He today reached his home district Jhapa from Kathmandu to participate in development programmes to be organised in Bhadrapur, Kamal and Shivasatakshi.
