Kathmandu 14 December : The Main opposition party CPN (UML) has decided to form an opinion on the US aid project MCC only after it is tabled in the parliament. Before the start of the winter session of the parliament, Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Deputy parliamentary Leader Subash Nemwang addressed the UML Parliamentary Party meeting.

According to Chief Whip Vishal Bhattarai, the two leader had no opinion on MCC. Bhattarai informed that an agreement was reached in the meeting to form an opinion only after it was tabled in the House. The United States is pushing for a speedy decision about MCC.

The meeting also decided to continue obstructed the parliamentary meeting.
