Kathmandu : CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said that the five-party coalition government is like a lump of ice taken out of the fridge.
Addressing the eighth central meeting and national gathering of the Nepal Civil Servants Association, Oli accused the government of taking down in an unjust and oppressive manner.
Oli said that elections would be held in the next 14 months and then the parties in the current government would disappear.
“Elections are held in 14 months and a government is formed in 15 months. Then they disappear. They are like ice cubes taken out of the fridge. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
Stating that the parties in the ruling coalition came illegally, Oli said that the Election Commission and the Speaker had staged a show.
“Some are registered illegally. The Election Commission makes a show. The speaker makes a joke. This government did not come in a bizarre, constitutional way, ‘Oli said. It is a government formed for an unnatural purpose. ‘
He accused the coalition government of being afraid of the election. “Did you see the call for regression after the election?” What kind of rule have these dictators sought? Elections have to be held after 14 months. Then you have to go for regression, don’t you? ‘Said Oli.
Oli said that the employees affiliated to the Nepal Civil Servants Association should be not to take bribe. “You have to be able to say no to bribery and no bribery.
You also have a role to play in stopping the illegal activities of the government. In the meantime, they may hurt you. But, that will not be the case after the election, ”Oli said.
