Kathmandu : Defense Secretary Begendra Raj Sharma Poudyal handed over the appointment letter to newly appointed Chief of Army Staff Prabhuram Sharma today.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, had appointed him as the Chief of Army Staff with effect from September 9. Handing over the appointment letter, Secretary Poudyal wished Chief of Army Staff Sharma a successful tenure.
