Kathmandu. The government has announced a monthly allowance of Rs 3,000 for those who sacrifice in the movement for political change. Introducing the bill to replace the budget ordinance in the parliament, Finance Minister Janardan Sharma Prabhavkar announced to provide 3,000 allowances to the families of the martyrs.
Accordingly, the families of those who lost their lives in the People’s War and People’s Movement will get monthly allowance. The CPN-Maoist has been demanding such an arrangement since the past.
