Kathmandu : CPN-UML has decided to remove the records of leaders including Madhav Kumar Nepal from the party for leaving the party and opening a new party.
Spokesperson Pradip Gyawali said that the Central Committee meeting held at Tulsilal Pratishthan Bhawan today decided to remove the records of those who left the party and inform the Election Commission.
“It has been decided to remove the names of those who have left the party and started a new party from the party records and to inform the Election Commission,” spokesperson Pradip zyanwali said.
UML has also stated that it will fight a legal battle against the controversial decision made by the Election Commission.
Gyawali said that the party has decided to fight a legal battle as the commission has identified those who took action and those who were absent.
