Kathmandu : CPN UML leader Prithivi Subba Gurung said that Maoist chairman has lead to split our party . Gurung said that CPNPrachanda led the UML to split. The purpose for which Prachanda wanted the UML’s split to be divided did not seem to be fulfilled. He cleared that no possibility of unity with Madhav nepal . He stated that “there is no justification for rumors that the UML has split. The UML is not divided, it is divided. However, the opposition is trying to divide, the Congress, Prachanda. The UML is trying to show the people that it is divided. However, their expectations were not met. The UML did not split, only split.”

I also hear the second tier leaders talking about unity, I don’t know why they are saying that. Unity is no longer an immediate possibility. Because unity was already there! There is no possibility of immediate unity. It is not only their power that has divided the UML, it is also a great power. But, after some time, there may be a possibility of unity. Even after 3/4 years, there is unity.
