Kathmandu: Corona virus infection has been confirmed in 1,801 people in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health, 8,704 PCR tests, 1548 and 2,622 antigen tests confirmed corona viursinfection in 1,801 people, including 253.

In the last 24 hours, 24 people have died from coronavirus infection and 1,924 have been cured.

With the addition on Monday, the total number of corona virus infections in Nepal has reached 748,981. At the same time, the number of deaths in Nepal has reached 10 thousand 533 and 7 lakh 97 people have been cleared of infections.

According to the ministry, the number of active infected people in the country is 38,351 at present. Out of which 35 thousand 132 are in home isolation and 3 thousand 219 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 679 are being treated in the ICU and 176 in the ventilator.

Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed in 31 children under 10 years of age and 124 corona infections in the age group of 11 to 20 years have been added.
