Let’s go together with the communists in the parliament and in the streets: Mohan Baidya

Kathmandu : Chairman of the CPN-Revolutionary Maoist Mohan Baidya has urged the Communist Party in Parliament and the Communist Party in the streets to unite. Speaking on the occasion of the 43rd Pushpalal Memorial Day on Friday, he said that it was not necessary to have many communist parties in Nepal and urged to form a single party by uniting the parliamentary parties. Mentioning that there is another revolutionary stream, he said that the parties of the revolutionary stream should have the same party.

Stating that the revolutionary current is weak and the parliamentary current is strong, he stressed on the need for unity between the same party and the revolutionary current. He said, “The communists in the government and in the parliament had to sit together and the communists in the streets had to unite.” The communists in government did not oppress the communists on the streets. ‘

He urged Madhav Nepal and Prachanda to work for the party and the people by giving up the greed of the Prime Minister. Leader Vaidya said that the state system has not changed despite the change in the system of governance. He said that there was no work to change the living standards of the people even though political change was made by fighting for change yesterday.
