Kathmandu: Corona virus infection has been confirmed in 3,611 people in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 9,783 PCR tests were performed on 2,467 people and 4,878 antigens on 1,144 people and 3,611 people were infected with the corona virus.

In the last 24 hours, 27 people have died from corona virus infection and 1,816 have been recovered.

With the addition on Friday, the total number of corona virus infections in Nepal has reached 693,109. Of them, 9,834 have died and 652,261 have been cleared of infections.

According to the ministry, there are currently 31,014 active infections in the country. Out of which 27 thousand 820 are in home isolation and 3 thousand 194 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona virus infected patients, 686 are being treated in the ICU and 161 in the ventilator.
