10 days restraining order in Kathmandu valley

Kathmandu : The ban has been extended for 10 days in Kathmandu Valley for prevent covid-19.

A meeting of the Chief District Officers of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur extended the restraining order for another 10 days after the expiration of the restraining order issued earlier on Sunday.

Kathmandu Chief District Officer Kali Prasad Parajuli said that there was no change in the rules of the injunction.

During this period, the government has restricted large gatherings of people, operation of party palaces, cinema halls, bars, clubs, swimming pools and museums etc.

The educational institutions are barred from conducting physical classes. Businesses can remain open till 7 PM.

Likewise, the public vehicles plying the roads in the Valley are restricted to carry passengers more than their seat capacities. Meanwhile, electric three-wheelers and mini-micro are not allowed to carry more than nine people at once.
