Kathmandu (Agency). More than 1 billion people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in China.

The Chinese health ministry informed more than 1 billion doses had been vaccinated as of Saturday.

China, with a population of 1.41 billion, began vaccinating its own domestic vaccine last December.

So far, 2.5 billion doses of against corona virus have been vaccinated worldwide. Of these, 40 percent have been vaccinated in China alone.

Initially, the Chinese were reluctant to be vaccinated, but recently up to 20 million people have been vaccinated daily, according to the Global Times of PRC.

China is vaccinating domestically produced vaccines. Vaccines produced by a Chinese company require two doses.

China has set a goal of fully vaccinating 70 percent of its population by the end of this year. But according to reliable Chinese sources, China has vaccinated its citizens for more than three years old.

With in the world in a state of captivity, China has become an open and corona virus-free country. Last fiscal year, China saw an unprecedented growth rate of more than 18 percent.
China is currently the world’s leading supplier of vaccines. China is also the world’s largest exporter of more than half of the world’s health products.
With the exception of the first six months of the Carona virus infection, China is fully open. The second wave of corona virus worldwide but has not affected in China.
