Kathmandu June 8 : Deputy prime minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel has urged to make the share market more reliable and investment-friendly.
Addressing a webinar organized on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the Nepal Securities Board, DPM Poudel stressed on the need to be vigilant so as not to create irregularities and negative perceptions affecting the market by making securities trading systematic.
Expressing gratitude to the investors, he stressed on the need to make the market more transparent, dignified and systematic.
He said that he was confident that the share market would contribute to capital formation.
As the budget for the coming fiscal year has taken the policy of advancing the barter market, Finance Minister Poudal has instructed the board to pay attention to its implementation.
