Constitutional session adjourned due to Chief Justice illness

Kathmandu, June 7: Cases against the dissolution of the House of Representatives will not be heard today.

According to a Supreme Court source, the constitutional session has been adjourned for today after Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra contracted diarrhea.

Earlier, in a hearing on Sunday, Attorney General Ramesh Badal and other government lawyers had raised questions about the reorganization of the bench.

After that, the adjourned session will not be held today.

According to the official website of the Supreme Court, only three other case hearings will be held today.
