The bench of Chief Justice Rana referred 19 writ petitions to the Constitutional Court

Kathmandu May 27: A single bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana has ordered to send 19 writ petitions against the dissolution of the House of Representatives to the Constitutional Bench.
A preliminary hearing of all the writ petitions was held on Thursday.
All the writ petitions were heard in a single sitting on Thursday. Earlier, the remaining 11 writ petitions were scheduled to be heard in the Constitutional Court tomorrow.
