Kathmandu,May 21 : Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has clarified that he has recommended for the formation of a new government by paving the way as there is no time to go to Article 76, Clause 4 of the Constitution.

Prime Minister Oli also alleged that fake response was expressed after the statement of the President’s Office. During the press conference, Oli said that it was confirmed that the parliament was not working and defended it saying that it was right to dissolve the parliament on December 20.
Prime Minister Oli claimed that the constitution would be interpreted from time to time.
