Kathmandu May 20 : Another 190 people have died from coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours. With the addition of 8,305 infected people, 6543 people have become infection free.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 22,087 samples were tested and the infection was confirmed in 8,305 people. At the same time, the number of infected people has reached 115,852. Of them, 1 lakh 8 thousand 38 are in home isolation.

7 thousand 814 people are infected in institutional isolation. Of them, 1748 are in ICU, out of which 492 have been given ventilator support.

According to the ministry, corona infection has been confirmed in 4,88,645 people so far. Of them, 5 thousand 847 people have died and 3 lakh 66 thousand 946 people have been infected.
