Kathmandu, Jan 24

A total of 270 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the past 24 hours in the country. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, with this, total infected number has reached 269,450 so far in the country. Ministry further shared that 403 infected persons have recovered in the same period. With this, total recovery has reached 264,137 till today. There are 3, 312 are active cases of the infection across the country. The Ministry further confirmed that seven infected patients died of the infection in the past 24 hours. Total deaths caused by the infection have reached 2,001 in the country.
