Kathmandu, December 27:
Clashes are going between the leaders and cadres of the two parties at the local level in various parts of Nepal with the split of the NCP.
Meanwhile, while trying to capture the party office in Kanchanpur, a clash has broken out between the two sides in the office premises. A large number of security workforces have been positioned after the clash between the two sides.
A dispute has gone bang between local leaders and cadres of the Prachanda-Nepal-led NCP and leaders and cadres of the KP Oli’s offshoot.
The Oli faction locked the office to stop a program to be held by Prachanda-Nepal faction at the Kanchanpur party office in the presence of leader Bhim Rawal at 12:30 pm on Sunday.
According to the police, a clash broke out at the office after the Prachanda-Nepal faction tried to hold a program by unlocking the office.
At present, security workforces are heavily deployed around the party office.
