A total of 1,382 people have been identified as coronavirus positive in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, Nepal’s COVID-19 count has touched 243,377 with new cases as of Tuesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, 23 people succumbed to COVID 19 and therefore death tally in the country reached 1,637in total.

A total of 1,621 individuals got discharged from the hospitals in the past 24 hours while the number of people who recovered has reached 229,054 in the country.Nepal currently has 12,686 active cases.

Likewise, 523 people are in quarantine across the country at present.
