Kathmandu, November 1:

Meen Bishwakarma, Former Minister and central member of Nepali Congress, is undergoing treatment on a ventilator. He has got severe effects on the lungs due to corona infection and pneumonia

Bishwakarma, who is also a member of the House of Representatives, has been put on a ventilator. Doctors, of Grandi Hospital, have shifted him to the ventilator after his health did not improve.

Earlier, Congress whip Bal Krishna Khad had called the Prime Minister and the Health Minister to draw their attention for the treatment of Bishwakarma. Congress leader Bishwakarma was confirmed infected with the corona virus on Kartik 1.

Bishwakarma, who had been living in Home Isolation, is undergoing treatment at the hospital for five days due to his serious health problems.
