Drug (third amendment) Ordinance issued

Kathmandu, Nov 18

President Bidya Devi Bhandari issued the Drug (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2077 today.

The ordinance is expected to facilitate the management of anti-Covid-19 vaccine.

The ordinance was issued in accordance with Article 114 (1) of Constitution of Nepal upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, according to Assistant Spokesperson at President’s Office, Keshav Prasad Ghimire.
