Kathmandu, November 2:
A total of 1,630 individuals have been infected with corona virus in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,329 individuals in Kathmandu, 108 in Lalitpur, 193 in Bhaktapur have tested positive for coronavirus.
Similarly, a total of 2,933 people have been diagnosed coronavirus positive in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry, Nepal’s COVID-19 cases has reached 176,500 till Monday afternoon. Overall 13,446 sample tests were conducted throughout the country in the past 24 hours.
A total of 3,150 individuals have been discharged from the hospitals in the past 24 hours and the number of people who have recovered has reached137,992 in the country. Nepal records 37,524 active cases.
Likewise, 2,119 people are in quarantine across the country at present.
Also, 24 people succumbed to the virus in the past 24 hours and therefore COVID-19 death tally in the country has reached to 984in total.
