COVID-19 Update: New Cases 5008, Tally Surges To 1,05,684

Kathmandu, Oct. 10: Ministry of Health and Population on Saturday confirmed five thousand and 8 new cases of COVID-19 across the country taking the national tally to 1,05,684. “In 19,320 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the last 24 hours, as many as 5008 persons were found to have been infected with SARS-CoV-2,” informed Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in the regular press briefing today.
