Kathmandu, September 3:

The ruling Nepal Communist Party (CPN) has decided to nominate party’s Vice chairman Bamdev Gautam for the vacant post of National Assembly.

The Secretariat meeting has decided to endorse Gautam in the vacant seat to be nominated by the President, Bidhya Devi Bhandary.

Spokesperson., Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said that -The Prime Minister will recommend  Gautam with President for the vacant seat of the National Assembly.

There was a dispute within the CPN over whether to recommend Bamdev Gautam or Finance Minister,Yuvaraj Khatiwada.
