Kathmandu, Sept 9

Police have arrested a person on the charge of cheating Rs 56.9 million from a cooperative and made public him today.

A team of Metropolitan Crime Division had arrested Ramkaji Khadgi, 44, of Kathmandu from Dhapakhel of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-23 on Tuesday and made him public today. Police arrested Khadgi on the charge of cheating Rs 56.9 million rupees at a time when he was at the post of manager for seven years of the cooperative.

Khagdi has been sent at Metropolitan Police Range, Teku, for necessary action, according to the Division.
