NCP urges to make appointments in Constitutional Bodies

Kathmandu, Sept 22:

Secretariat meeting of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has urged Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to make appointments in the constitutional bodies.

The meeting was held at the PM’s residence in Baluwatar today (Tuesday). According to the spokesperson, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, the SC meeting has requested to fulfill the vacant post as per requirement in the constitutional bodies. The meeting of Secretariat has assigned the task of completing the unification process of the two parties.

Spokesperson Shrestha has also informed that the Prime Minister has been requested to convene a meeting of the Constitutional Council soon.

He has also said that discussions were held on making the work of the government effective by strengthening the relationship between the party and the government.

The meeting also gave 10 days to the party chairperson and general secretary to bring necessary proposal to complete the remaining work of organizational unity.
