Kathmandu, September 11:

A total of 1454 new cases of corona virus are added across the country. This is a single day highest record of covid 19 till date.

Moreover, the total number of infected people has reached 51,919 so far. A spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, Prof. Dr. Jageshwor Gautam, has said that 1,454 people are infected with corona in the 10,701 PCR tests done on Friday only.

Till date, 8 lakh 21 thousand 186 PCRs have been completed.

The number of active corona infected people across the country on Friday has counted 1 4, 925 in total. Out of which, 8 thousand 291 are in institutional isolation. Similarly, there are 6 thousand 634 people sitting in home isolation.

On Friday, 972 infected people have been recovered and returned home.

So far, the number of discharged people has reached 36,672. Also, 5 deaths are recorded for today and thedeath count is 332 in total.
