Kathmandu, September 16:

A total of 1,539 new cases of corona virus infected people are reported on Wednesday only . Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population, Jageshwor Gautam, has said that 1,539 people are infected in the 10,494 PCR tests sample.

Moreover, the total number of infected people has reached 58,327 so far. According to the Spokesperson Dr. Gautam, the number of active infected people in the country has reached 16,242. Out of these infected 8 thousand 541 are in institutional isolation and 7 thousand 701 people are sitting in home isolation.

Similarly, on Wednesday, 1,068 infected people have returned home after recovering.
